Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and SREESAMVRIDHI ENTERPRISES PRIVATE LIMITED(“MultiRiz”, “we”, “us”) and govern your use of the MultiRiz website and AI chat service (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

1. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

2. The Service

MultiRiz routes each prompt to a third-party AI model and returns the response. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it, and you should not treat it as professional (legal, medical, financial) advice.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • break any law or infringe the rights of others;
  • generate or distribute unlawful, harmful, or abusive content;
  • attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service;
  • resell or redistribute the Service without our written permission.

4. Plans, billing & taxes

Paid plans are billed in advance at the price shown on the pricing page. Headline prices are exclusive of tax; 18% GST is added at checkout and shown as a separate line on your invoice. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard; cancellation stops future renewals.

5. Refunds & cancellation

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Intellectual property

We own the Service and its software and branding. As between you and us, you retain rights to the prompts you submit and, to the extent permitted by the underlying model providers’ terms, the output generated for you. You grant us a limited licence to process your content to operate the Service.

7. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

8. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at our registered location have jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer-protection rights.
